PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
GDPR
1. You hereby grant your consent to FBA spol. s r.o., with its registered office at Unhošťská 198, Kladno, 272 01, Company ID: 63672065, registered in the public register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 36575 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), so that, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “EU Personal Data Protection Regulation”), it may process the following personal data:
- first name and surname
2. First name, surname, and e-mail must be processed for the purpose of sending offers and confirming reservations. These data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 5 years.
3. By agreeing to the above processing, you give your explicit consent. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an e-mail or a letter to the Controller’s contact details.
4. Please note that under the EU Personal Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
- request access to these data and have them updated or corrected,
- request the deletion of these personal data,
- in case of doubts about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
